Your Username and Password set up during registration are used for access to the ClaimRight Client Portal. Access will be given to any person who uses your password.

You have sole responsibility for the security of your Username and Password and you must:

Keep your Username and Password confidential and not disclose them to any other person

Ensure your Username and Password are stored separately and in a secure place

Regularly change your Password to maintain confidentiality

ClaimRight reserves the right to cancel a Password or Username or suspend access to the Client Portal at any time without notice.

3. Information Disclaimer

The information and any communication provided through the ClaimRight website and Client Portal are provided from sources believed to be reliable, accurate, and complete at the time of publication.

However, they are provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Account Login

Your account login is assigned manually by our team and registered to the email you nominate.

If you forget your password, use the “forgotten password” prompt or call us for assistance. We will reset your password by sending a link to your nominated email.

Our staff may decline a reset request if there is reasonable suspicion the caller is not the account owner.

5. Release and Indemnity

You release, discharge, and indemnify ClaimRight from and against all damages and liabilities incurred or suffered by you, or brought against us, in respect of the use of the ClaimRight website or Client Portal, including use by anyone on your behalf or use of your password by any other person.

This indemnity is a continuing obligation independent of these Conditions of Use.

Your continued use of the website or Client Portal after a change constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

We use third-party software including Zoho and other platforms to communicate with you.
