Important Fee Details
Exceptions: In a small number of cases (such as complex matters requiring substantial work upfront or claims that must be discontinued due to non‑disclosure), a different fee arrangement may apply.
Upfront Costs: If your claim requires medical reports or specialist assessments, ClaimRight may cover these costs upfront so the claim can progress without delay. These costs are recovered after your claim is approved.
Unsuccessful Claims: If your claim is not approved under our no‑win‑no‑fee model, you will not be charged our professional fees, but you may still need to reimburse the actual costs of medical reports or specialist assessments fees.
