Q. Will I stay involved in the process and retain the client relationship?
Yes. You remain your client’s financial adviser. We handle the claim, keep you informed at key stages, and return your client to you for all financial advice and long‑term planning after a successful claim.
Q. How does the “no win, no fee” model work for my client?

Q. Will I be notified by ClaimRight?
After the client engages us, we keep you informed so you know the claim has commenced and can maintain continuity in your advice relationship.
Q. Do you give financial advice?
No. ClaimRight strictly handles claims assistance only. All financial, tax, or strategic advice remains with you. After claim approval, we intentionally refer the client back to you for guidance.
Q. Does partnering with ClaimRight affect my Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance?
No, as we do not provide financial advice, you remain fully within your scope and compliant by outsourcing the claims expertise to us.
Q. What types of claims do you handle?
