Q. How does the “No Win, No Fee” model work for my client?
We charge a success fee only if the claim is paid. This fee is disclosed upfront in our engagement agreement with the client. If the claim is unsuccessful, the client pays nothing. This removes the financial barrier for clients who may be cash-poor due to their condition.
Q. Does this partnership affect my Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance?
Engaging a specialist claims advocate typically reduces your risk profile. By outsourcing the complex negotiation to experts, you mitigate the risk of providing advice outside of your core competency or missing critical policy definitions. However, we always recommend checking with your specific PI provider.
Q. Can I stay involved in the communication loop?+
Absolutely. We view this as a tripartite relationship. While we handle the insurer correspondence to protect your time, you are copied on key milestones and we can structure updates according to your practice’s preference.
